Roseday is required after blockages, continue BP medicines. Measure BP only once every month on fixed date after resting for ten minutes. Avoid lipid tests and medicines. They are popular but not healthy.

Tg 156 mg/dl dioes not require medicalmanagement. TG levels less then 300 mg/dl does not require medical management
follow life style modification changes for 3 months nd your TG levels will be normal
Bp 140/80 is good above 40 years age our taget bp is 140/90 mm of hg
exercise daily for 45 minutes a day
brisk walk daily at a speed not less then 5.1 km /hr daily for 15 minutes
eat low salt food
add fibres to you diet reduce your weight
don't take ghee or butter...more

Fasting glucose 134 mg is high, actually falls in the diabetes category. It could be Impaired Fasting Glucose Tolerance. As your PP is low. It is better to check HbA1c%, to confirm what is the actual situation. Looking at your weight and height it is clear that with a BMI of 28.13 kgs/M2 you are very much over weight.
