You should be check up frequently and ask your Dr. Should be cont. Or not because Dr. is decided doses of drugs as per her requirment. And yoga and breathing exercise is more affective for her and arjun tea is more beneficial for her beacause that are good blood circulation in her heart region you should be cont. Both of things from her.

I suggest you to follow your doctors advice. Do not take so much stress, as everything doesn't need medicine. You need to understand that if something can be treated without medicines only by changing some things in your life. So do not worey you ll be fine sson just go for gym, do walk, do yoga, do things whatever make you relax, so that both you body and mind gets healthy, do not take unnecesaary medicines.

Fbs/ppbs alone is not enough to understand how good your glycaemic control. You also need to do your hba1c to find out the 3 month average. The other point is, you're taking 30u insulin at night, maybe your technique is incorrect. Hence the insulin delivery is not optimal. Lookout for the following.
