I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
The most common causes of high triglycerides are obesity and poorly controlled diabetes. If you are overweight and are not active, you may have high triglycerides, especially if you eat a lot of carbohydrate or sugary foods or drink a lot of alcohol.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Control with diet. Avoid medicines. Triglycerides are manufactured in liver from alcohol sugar jaggery and starchy foods in diet, reduce these. Prefer and increase traditional health foods like yoghurt, nuts, cheese etc. I suggest you discuss your diet on phone with me. Fatty liver is same problem. Wrong foods, too much fat manufactured by liver.

Hi I think it is perfectly fine to substitute medicines of cheaper brands provided they are also from a reasonably established and preferably a long standing pharmaceutical company. Can not vouch for the quality of medicines from small new unknown companies.
Thank you, hope that answers your question.
