There is no need to take Statins if the Lipid profile is normal. You should also check your weight , BP and go for yearly check up. Keep yourself active by exercising for 1 hr every day. Avoid all junk food or restrict it to once in a while. If there is a family history of cardiac problems then go for regular check-up.
