Mr. Lybrate-user, if all the other parameters are normal and you have no major complaints, then there is no reason to worry in terma of slight variation cholesterol levels (not mentioned). Continue your healthy lifestyle and regular medication. Do not change or take drastic step of stopping current medications, that may be harmful. Keep away from alcohol and smoking, you will remain healthy and fit. Best of health.

With a BMI of 37.89 kgs/M2 you close grade 3 obesity (morbid obesity). This is the main reason for your high BP and the need for various medications.
Doing half an hour walk and 15 minutes of yoga (?) is not at all enough. You will have to seriously look at reducing at least 5 to 8% of your current weight. With weight reduction your BP will also come down towards the expected level of 130/80 mmHg

Avoid long term medicines. 2 days, 4 days medicine foot fever stomach upset etc is ok. If you are asked to take long term medicines you should find out risks and benefits. Rosuvas c.f. Is not required if your arteries were normal. Tryptomer is psychiatric medicine. Hostel m is a combination of 2 high BP medicines. Take a second opinion.
