No you do not need to be panic. Better you get direct ldl test. Rosumac is to reduce cholesterol and risk of heart attack but rosumac a have aspirin which decrease heart attack additionally. Gold have clopidogrel and aspirin with rosuvastatin given to heart attack or post angioplasty patient.

Razel f has 2 medicines, one for people who are recovering from a blockage attack, and one for people with fasting triglycerides above one thousand. What is your patient's health issue?
Short term medicines can be taken from drs during illnesses, but if you are prescribed long term pills for some blood test levels, better to find out risks and benefits first.

Cholesterol 210 is ok. All cholesterol values between 150 and 300 are ok for heart and good lifespan. High triglycerides is always due to poor diet. Triglycerides should be treated with exercise or with better diet, not by medicines. Switch to a diet low in alcohol sugar jaggery and starchy foods. Increase traditional health foods like yoghurt cheese nuts eggs butter etc. Your triglycerides will improve in 6 weeks and stay healthy as long as you are intelligent about your food. Best wishes.

Dearr lybrate-user as I can see you are taking tablets for dyslipidemia, there is a combination different in both the brands you have mentioned, I suggest you to consult your doctor with recent lipid profile done. So that he can make all the necessary changes.
