Yes the levels are high but not to the dangerous levels. These levels can be brought to normal by just simple diet. Avoid any kind of fatty or oily food for at least 15 days. Just try to eat simple boiled food and soft light diet like khichdi and daliya. And take lots of fruits but avoid fruit juices.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
So definitely the filtered oils are better than refined ones. Also filtered oils are produced at a lower temperature which retain most of the nutrition & the fatty acid bonds doesn't become toxic, which is not true with refined oils.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Hi
triglycerides level less then 300 mg/dl needs not to be treated by medicines, as for your cholestrol levels I would suggest you to start prelipid twice daily with severe life style modifiation for 3 months repeat lipids after 3 months if not improved then start statins. Lipaglyn is not required right now, eat lot of vegetables and raw fruits in your diet ,do not eat egg yolk and red meat.
