your lipid profile is normal .No need to take medicene.Triglyceride is little high but is not of much concern.Triglyceride warrants treatment only if it crosses 250.Moreover rosvastatin is not a drug for lowering triglycerides .you can lower triglyceride by cutting oil in food and walking for half hour.
