Well u have walk regularly,,avoid fatty food,,take garlic,,take beetroot,,and u must need medicine to solve this as this is very high triglycerides level,,,for sugar u have to restrict ur carbohydrate,, avoid sugar and sugary products,,take high protein,,this will help along with proper homoeopathic treatment
