Coronary artery disease (cad) in a diabetic patient definitely need to be followed meticulously. Rosuvas and clopidogrel is rightly prescribed.

Get your ECG, blood pressure checked once, so that we can know your Heart rate and BP and the change medications. Your asprin dose can be decreased, but before that We need to know the exact angiogram report that was done. So please consult with the angio report, Ecg and BP reading.
