Rosuvastatin can certainly raise liver enzymes. It is a good medicine though for people with coronary artery disease and offers significant benefits. You can do periodic blood tests for liver enzymes for next 2 months or so, and every 2-3 months thereafter. You should take a combined decision with your cardiologist whether you should continue the drug or stop it.

•have low carb, high protein diets
take vegetables and citrus fruits, dry fruits, nuts, legumes
avoid:
fast food, masalas, processed foods, sugary juices, sweets and cakes
butter.
Ghee.
Hard margarines.
Lard, dripping and goose fat.
Fatty meat and meat products such as sausages.
Full fat cheese, milk, cream and yogurt.
Have vigorous physical exercise. Keep away your tension. Maintain good sleep timings.
