There are various medicines available in allopathy for control of symptoms of parkinson disease. These are levo dopa, carbi dopa, amantadine, ropinirole, pramipexole, benzhexole etc. Kindly consult a neurologist who may treat her accordingly. Allopathy is the most scientific and reliable pathy to treat this illness.

As per diagnosis done the medicine being given by concerned specialist is best suited to situation but there's not much scope of improvement it seems. That's limitation of medical science so far.
If you agree, ayurveda medicine may be started which, in my opinion, will stop the progression of disease. But its not a short term treatment.
Vaat nashak medicines are given in this disease. It's categorised under kampvat even if there's no tremors.

Simple answer is No. Syndopa has very short effective concentration in blood & hence as soon as it's blood levels begin to decrease, thereby decreasing it's brain levels, your mother starts getting movement related difficulties If you feel she is not getting optimal treatment, discuss with your doctor about other effective medicines like Ropinirole, pramirole etc to increase efficiency of Syndopa combination. But don't change time of medication administration.

Parkinsons disease is a neuro degenerative disease. Unfortunately there is no permanent treatment for this condition. For initial symptom relief doctors give anticholinergics, antihistaminics, but latter dopamine agonists or dopamine precursures (levodopa) is needed. I your case, it appears to be an early onset and already advanced case of parkinsonism which is associates with high grade dementia, rigidity, tremour, inability to walk. In this condition levodopa+carbidopa/benserazide-. 4-. 8g/day...more
