unfortunately parkinsons disease is a progressive disorder and the medication is given to relieve the difficulty, there are many other medicines which may help you, and improve your condition, or the dosage of same medicine can be increased by your follow up doctor.

There could be other causes of your symptoms. It could even be a blood supply issue. You will need to be re evaluated for the symptoms. Curtailing smoking /tobacco/ alcohol if any will help.
