Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. Diarrhea can be relieved by taking antidiarrheal medicines such as loperamide (1 brand name: imodium) and bismuth subsalicylate (2 brand names: kaopectate, pepto-bismol).

Medications. Anticholinergic medications, such as dicyclomine (Bentyl), can help reduce bowel spasms that may cause diarrhea. Of course, anti-diarrheal medications, such as loperamide (Imodium), may be helpful. Treating IBD means reducing the inflammation that is causing your symptoms.

Get her physically checked up with the GP nearby and follow the treatment as advised. For now give a dose of Nux 30 this will ease to some extent. But she will require a different medication after this.
