You may have to find out whether you are specifically allergic to some food item. Avoid outside food. Keep watch on weight whether it is going down. There is a possibility of irritable bowel syndrome related to anxiety or stress. Consult experienced and reputed gastroenterologist. Do not change, as you may need regular periodic review and follow up.

Abrupt medicines intake should be avoided esp in allopathy. Pl do not take without your doctor's advice. Immodium like med may stall peristalsis. So pl be careful.
As of now if you are taking without your doctor's advice, pl stop everything. If he has advised pl believe in him and inform your problem to him. In firmer case you may switch to safe herbs for pittarechan and AMA excretion for slow but immense benefit in your case. It may require a week or two. Pl consult online for any query.
