Basically it's called as migraine. Avoid precipitating factors like tension, stress, direct sunlight exposure, smoking, excessive work load as literally any thing can precipitate migraine. In case of acute pain take tablet brufen twice daily with tablet rantac empty stomach for 3 days. If associated vomiting use tablet emset sos basis. Hello, First we shd be sure of diagnosis if it is hemiplegic migraine and not anything else. I think other causes must have been ruled out in your case like TIA Siezures..if you have completely reversible symptoms of paralysis which gets normal within one hour and usually followed by migraine like headache with normal MRI EEG etc it is hemiplegic migraine.
