As the medicine are concern, you can redue the dose of revotril 0.5 to 0.25 twice daily. And further reduce to 0.25 once daily at night. Reduction of dose is to be according to patients outcome.

1.yoga or deep breathing may relax your body and lower your stress
2. Excercise can help calm your mind and offset potential side effects of medication sucha as weight gain.
3. Stay away from alcholic drinks, caffeine ,smoking and recreational drugs, which can trigger attacks 4. Get enough sleep so that you don't feel draggy during the day.

Rivotril is clonazepam a benzodiazepine which relieves anxiety symptoms but doesn't act on the cause of reduced serotonin, which causes anxiety. Also benzodiazepines are harmful on a longer run. So consult a psychiatrist and switch to ssri or snri group of medications gradually weaning you of the benzodiazepines would be the ideal treatment. Good luck.

Both the medications are ssri's only as two doctors give different antibiotics for infection, both will act. So take either of those as prescribed by a psychiatrist and it will take 2-6 weeks to show improvement. All the best.
