My baby is 1.4 years old, last 2 months he is suffering regular diarrhoea within 4-5 days interval after some recovery by medication (consulted with doctors) but no satisfactory improvement yet. Some times bumatic after eating or drinking. I hv done stool culture and the report is like this as belows. Kindly check and suggest for better treatment. Is it any serious issue or not. I have been suffering with cough and cold from several days. I met doctors and the cough was in control due to antibiotics given by her. But, 3 days ago, I felt a fever as well so my doctor suggested to do blood test and chest X-ray. I have been diagnosed with positive widal after test. The results are as below: S. TYPHI ANTIGENS Antigen O - AGGLUTINATION - 1: 160 Antigen H - AGGLUTINATION - 1: 160 S. PARATYPHI ANTIGENS Antigen AH - NO AGGLUTINATION - NIL Antigen BH - NO AGGLUTINATION - NIL Now, my doctor has given me below medicines: MAHACEF - PLUS as antibiotics NIMROS PLUS for fever PENZOLIN - D CLEANCHEST-LS for cough Anukof syrup for cough I am confused if I should continue with the medicine or get hospitalized. Please advise if these medicines are sufficient enough for treatment as the cough problem is very severe.

Yes. Those medicines stop the child from growing and are meant to be abortion pills. You need to meet the doctor after 36 hours of taking the pill for the main medicine which is yet to be given to clean up completely with tablets.

I am 66 years old male. I am a diabetic with bp, for the last 6 years. I am on allopathic medication and both are under control. Since july, 2019 I have been experiencing ut infection. Scan report is normal with regard to kidney, bladder and prostate gland. I have been advised to take tab zanocin 200 for 10 days. Somehow it was better for three months. Again, I had the same problem. On 2nd consultation, I was advised to take tab mahacef 200 for ten days. Still I did not get complete cure and once in while I am facing the same problem but much lesser (painful urination). On consultation with ayurveda doctor, I have been advised to take the following tablets for three months: 1, neer - 1 0 1 2. Chandraprabha vati - 1 0 1 now, I feel better but not comfortable on discontinuation of these tablets. How long I can take this medicine. Does any other medicine to be added with the above tablets. I may be advised with proper treatment details please.

Good evening, i'm jude. I was diagnosed of staph infection after undergoing for 48 hours semen culture test, I checked for blood test but nothing was detected. I conducted urine test earlier nothing was detected also but a moderate growth of staph was detected on my semen. The laboratory specialist prescribed ceftriaxone injection to be given to me for treatment. I took the injection for 4 days by a doctor after 2-3 days I also went to pharmacy to take another ceftriaxone for complete 7-10 days even at the course of treatment the pharmacist change the drug after half of the treatment day to another different drug entirely called streptomycin. After the course of treatment I started noticing movement in my body system, the movement was like an antlike pattern in my body. After some days my penis started vibrating up to the extent that I find it hard to urinate. I notice ball like movement it was very painful that it shrinks my penis when moving I was unable to have control of my penis, leaving it without holding it becomes a problem because of the severe pain and difficulty in urinating that I perceive. My penis pains me if it shrinks my penis shrinks all together with the scrotum sack and this give me pain inside my urinary tract and entire penis and after I urinate the scrotum sack continue a zigzag movement simultaneously and it shrinks my penis and pains me after I urinate. I started noticing all this in my penis after the routine treatment since then up till now i'm unable to leave my penis because it pains me I hold it all the time. I noticed that whenever I take food and water my blood flow and vibrate in my penis and leg is as if blood flow in my veins immediately after taking food and water. This has been happening since 3 months now and it has not stopped. But the pain is reducing I but all the symptoms is still there. Please I need help on what to do.

Hello sir, I am a II prof medicos, from 5-6 months suffering continuous pain till now in rights testicles but its not proper in the testis its just feel over testis or may be under scrotum. Some time a prickling sensation in pelvic region occur. Before 6 month, In abdominal USG, swelling in ureter at a point seen but no calculus found ,Doctor said that time there was a stone but expelled out. Now pain persist continuously in right side of pelvic & in testis or under scrotum which can't be differentiated whether it's a testicle pain or scrotal but persist all day continuously. There is no tenderness over testis, or no swelling like hernia & no hydrocele like fluid accumulation & there is no Burning micturition So Hernia ,Hydrocele & UTI ruled out. Last 15 days back for tonsillitis treatment I have taken (Amoxyclav 600 )BD for 5 Days and after that Ceftriaxone 1 gm I.V. For 3 days taken If UTI persist antibiotic treatment have done so there is no UTI history please suggest a proper diagnosis.

Good evening doctor, 29 years old. I was having leg/feet tiredness and hotness, joint pain on my left hand, internal heat in my left chest, waist and back pain, I went to the pharmacist to complain and I was given diclofenac, calcium and one other pain reliever but after finishing the tablets there was no improvement, I later decided to visit the hospital where I was advised to run mp widal test as they suspected malaria/typhoid symptoms, I ran the test and it revealed that I have few malaria and high typhoid then, I was given typhoid and antimalarial tablets which I took for five days, after taking the medication, I discovered there was no improvement, I went back to the hospital and I was asked to rerun the test again which I did and it revealed that I have no malaria but still have typhoid but not as high as the former, then I was given ceftriaxone injection which I took for 4 days and paracetamol, metronidazole tablet and blood capsule which I took for 5 days. The injection finished on sunday and drugs finished yesterday but I have not still see a significant improvement in my body even after the treatment. Pls doctor advise me on what to do next because am fed up. Thank you as I anticipate your kind assistance.
