In my opinion you are on wrong advise. Forecox is same as rehz and adding only streptomycin to failing treatment is not good. Get culture and sensitivity for afb and add four new anti tb drugs under supervision of respiratory physician.

If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. Rifampicin resistance not detected means Rifampicin INH pyrazinamide Ethambutol are to be taken in the requisite doses. There's no need of streptomycin injection.

Arm pain is nothing to do with TB drugs. Haematological abnormality can be due to rifampicin, but not alrming to stop drug rifampicin.

Normal tuberculosis (i. E not drug resistant) can be treated along with presence of pregnancy. Not to worry if one has been given rifampicin, isoniazid, ethambutol and pyrazinamide for treatment of tb along with pregnancy. So no need for abortion but regular consultation with gynaecologist for monitoring fetal well being growth and development is needed.
