First you need to identify the cause, are the affected area always remains moist and closed? those areas will harbour fungal infection. Bath daily using any soap and dry yourself before dressing up. If you sweat a lot, you may have to bath more than one.
Use candid cream thrice on the area.

apply fluconazole cream locally and take tab flucanazole tab 1tab weekly, use for 3-6 month, it will help you. welcome for further help

1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week) 2. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5 mg) at bed time if itching is severe
3.Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply candid powder in the affected area 4.Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one
5. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one
6.Maintain personal hygiene
