Hello
he is suffering from some fungal infection.
Keep that area clean & dry.
Apply coconut oil+Camphore combination on that patch.
Use only cotton inner. Do the following measures.
Do not eat late night.
Avoid spicy food.
Indigestion if any should be corrected.
Regularize food eating timings.
Avoid fast food.
Take sound sleep at night.
Do not sleep during day.
Do daily morning walk 30 mins.

At bedtime wash the lesion with soap and water and apply micogel ointment for a month and take cp candiforce 200 mg at night for two weeks.
