Rifampicin is oral (systemic) and antibiotic drops are (topical) less chances of interactions. Please ask your ear doctor about the interaction directly. Not all antibiotics interact with each other.

usually rcin is the medicine which needs to be taken empty stomach mainly. preferably take solonex in morning only while benadon in night.
Also there is a option of taking a capsule which contains both rcin and solonex in one only depending on dose you have been prescribed as per your weight
