milk dominant feeding at this age will cause anemia and hypocalcemia.
If a 50 kg adult should drink 200 ml milk in a day; a 10 kg should drink 40 ml a day.

Initially take Zeera in any form (in any food item) say zeera whole or zeera powder in Roti or with milk, water etc. It wioll increase lactation. You may seek further advise after this for 1 or 2 weeks

You have to feed the baby and it will stimulate the milk production and your mind should be calm and you must be relaxed to increase production . Never bottle feed the baby and you can take Lactare capsule and see

Do warm compresses on your breast around your nipple to increase the breast milk. Also, you can take methi, cinnamon, sauf, jeera or garlic in a glass of warm water or warm milk to increase breast milk.

Hello,
You may increase TUR DAL intake AND also try frequent breast feeding every 2hrly. The more the child suckles, the more the milk let down.
