2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

Rifaximin 200-mg tablets are used to treat traveler's diarrhea caused by certain bacteria in adults and children at least 12 years of age. Rifaximin 550-mg tablets are used to prevent episodes of hepatic encephalopathy (changes in thinking, behavior, and personality caused by a build-up of toxins in the brain in people who have liver disease) in adults who have liver disease and to treat irritable bowel syndrome (with diarrhea) in adults. Dear user, no you should not take another course of rifagut as it has side effects. If the symptoms are severe you should be started on another group of antibiotics and probiotics. This can be given by your physician. "As" per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this-
1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor gastroenterologist and do few investigations like Colonoscopy and MRI scan, stool exam
2) Try to avoid carbonated beverages, vegetables especially cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower and raw fruits and discuss with your dietitian to make a diet chart by eliminating FODMAP.

This mainly because of your sedentary lifestyle and bad food eating habits. So perform yoga daily and regular walking for 30 minutes to get relief from this. Medications are the second option but change your lifestyle first and eat healthy. Go for high fibre diet and eat fruits to relieve from it.
