Actually, dissolving it on your tongue is probably the most beneficial way to get the medication. The mouth has so many pores in it, that it sends the medicine to the body much quicker. The tongue is vascular (its a muscle), so things that come in contact with it can go directly into the blood stream.
That is the whole concept behind lozenges. Now having said that, if the medicine you were given or prescribed is not a lozenge, then you need to swallow it according to the directions.

Be regular with Exerciseand have a high protein, low fat diet to lose fat and gain muscle mass. Restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only which are rich in fibre and fill you up with lesser calories. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Eat small and at frequent intervals. Have plenty of water and sleep well.

Since when r you having this pain?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?
How is your appetite?
R you constipated?
It may be gas.
Do this
1. Lose weight. Don't Overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up)...more

Hello.
You are rightly given ipt along with pyridoxine as per rntcp guidelines.
Pyridoxine (vit b6) is given to prevent one side effect of isoniazid. Ie peripheral neuropathy. It has no role in the development of drug resistance to inh. So please take pyridoxine regularly and you can take it at any time of the day if you have a problem to take with other meds. Thanks.

In most TB cases ,patient need rifampicin, isoniazid and ethambutol sfter 2 months of intensive phase.
