Hello Doctor I am 31 years old male. I got a stomach upset since last month 7th dec. I went to nearby physician and he gave few tablets which does not cure my problem. And I went to gastroenterologist. He gave few tablets that too doesn't cure still my stool is semi solid and floating only. And last week he told me to take few tests like stool test which gave normal report except stool was semi solid. And Ultra sound which shows pancreas was mildly bulgy and hypoechoic. And after that I did lab test called Amylase which shows 134 where range in yhe lab is 60 to 100 uplimit. And Lipase test that is in normal range. But since last 2 weeks I have been experiencing mild stomach pain and stool was still same. I stopped all tablets which he gave. And went to apollo and did all tests again like CT Scan, cancer Ca 19 -9A test and amylase lipase anad liver functions test everything was normal. But I am still getting pain on my upper stomach after talking food. Please suggest me what should I do to get rid of this. And this time the doctor gave tablets for a month. Like provide and Rixmin 400. I have started taking it. But I am to totally disturbed. Please I am expecting some good solutions from experienced doctors. If my pancreas got infected I just want to know how much time it requires to cure completely.

If you are really serious to get treatment, pl discontinue all the medicine for two weeks (because you say it's not working). Start drinking only chhachh with roasted zeera powder daily twice.
Baelgiri powder + isabgul husk+ shunthi 1: 1: 1 ratio to be taken with curd in the morning and afternoon. At night with warm water.
Report after two weeks.
Then I ll tell you extremely simple permanent cure to be taken for about six weeks.
Enjoy!

Take a warm or lukewarm bath. Start off by drawing a warm bath. Have the person suffering from the fever get in and relax while the warm temperature of the water slowly drops. Because the temperature of the water drops slowly, the person cools down slowly as well.
You don't want the water too cool because you don't want to drop the body temperature too fast.
Use a wet towel treatment. Take one or two hand towels and fold lengthwise. Soak the towels in either very cold or ice water. Wrin...more

Hi, I have been suffering from incomplete evacuation from last 7 years. Have been to a colorectal surgeon and all my reports of colonoscopy, endoscopy are normal. Anorectal manometry was also normal and the report had also specified capacious rectum with increased rectal compliance. My stool had been soft but still facing incomplete evacuation problem. Tried with Ayurvedic medicines thinking it would be constipation but it caused me to go to loo 3 or 4 times a day still with incomplete evacuation. Had taken medicines like rifaximin 2 weeks course couple of times in a year, econorm and husk granules powder. Recently had been to a different doctor and he had prescribed prucalopride. Every day I need to digitally evacuate soft stool 3 or 4 times. Won't get urge need to go to bathroom and digitally help myself. Didn't understand whether it is constipation or diarrhea because stool is soft and incomplete evacuation. Please help.

There are few suggestions: you are suffering from constipation not diarrhea. Diarrhea is drug induced
one is optimal control / management of hypothyroidism is required. That is your tsh levels
to rule out any other metabolic problem like diabetes
take plenty of water and fibre in diet
be active physically
continue prucalopride
meet a gastroenterologist with all your reports, if symptoms persist.
