Since he also has diabetes, hypertension and hypothyroidism, it is essential to achieve a strict blood glucose control with fasting closer to 100 mg, PP <170 mg & HbA1c% 7. Plus Hypothyroidism also should well controlled. So also his BP too. Thanks.
