Hello user.
If your friend took pep with in 72 hrs after exposure and tested negative by serology test at 30 days he is most most likely negative. Just needs to repeat 4th gen combo test at 90 days and after that no further tests are needed. For other possible stis it is better to take private consultation to get the right information and not self test unnecessarily. Thanks. Stay safe from covid 19.
