If it was complete miscarriage, with no D and C done, and less than 12 weeks pregnancy, then do not worry. You do not need Anti D
If more then 12 weeks, then its ok if its more then 72 hours, you can take Anti D.

This should be taken under guidance of doctor and since she is the negative she will require Anti D injection. If there aren't pressing issues and this is first pregnancy it's better to avoid termination as she is the negative.
