Rh incompatibility can be prevented with Rh immune globulin, as long as the medicine is given at the correct times. ... This should be taken under guidance of doctor and since she is the negative she will require Anti D injection. If there aren't pressing issues and this is first pregnancy it's better to avoid termination as she is the negative.

PEP is a course of anti-HIV medication. PEP is unlikely to work if it's started after 3 days (72 hours) and it won't usually be prescribed after this time. It is best to start taking PEP within 1 day (24 hours) of being exposed to HIV. PEP makes infection with HIV less likely.
