Dear lybrate-user,
It is true that Niacinamide is needed to produce serotonin. That does not mean, if you take 100-200 mg more, you will produce more serotonin and you will be more happy. Most of the B vitamins including B3 are water soluble. If there is a deficiency, it will be absorbed. If it is adequate, it will be eliminated in urine.

Sometimes perioral hypermelanosis becomes very resistant to treatment. Continue using niacinamide and vit c for sometime along with sunscreen, vit c / vit e capsules and sunscreen containing lip care like chaptex. If not releived then you can visit dermatolgist for chemical peeling. Thanks.

Its not recommended to use multiple active ingredients concomitantly. The products may react with each other. Using all these products may result in sensitivity of skin, redness, irritation etc. Please consult a dermatologist to get evaluated and figure out what's best for your skin.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Madam the tablet mentioned is a combination of some vitamins and probably thyroid extract (?). It is an absolutely irrational combination. No need to take it. It has no action in relation to having conception. Thanks.
