Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. If you have any neuro problem like numbness, weakness or itinerary better to do surgery.
If only pain is there you can undergo a course of physio including traction and heat modalities
medications are ok but please add vitamin b12 also.
