Hi lybrate-user yes retino will work good for open pores but start with pea size anount on alternate night for 2 weeks and then daily at night for another 2 weeks always mix in a moisturiser and then apply on full face, avoid applying to area like sides on nose and near your eyes.

Having said this you may start with a topical antibiotic like clindamycin and a good sunscreen to be used and a time to suppress your pimples you will need application off benzoyl that is safer.

Hi. Redness is a side effect of supatret (tretinoin) if you use in large quantity on face. Better to stop this cream for few days and use only clindymycin gel .use a good moisturizer like aquasoft fc twice daily. See the response for 7 to 10 days .if no improvement then follow up with the dermatolgist. Thanks.

Hi. You can use both simultaneously depends how bad your acne is .Tretin iso ll make your skin dry and return ac gel ll further dry it. You have to make sure you use a good moisturizer oil free based to main ph.
