Every antipsychotic medication is equally efficacious. If there is partial response then medication dose need to be increased and if there is no response than drug is supposed to be changed. Important part being dose given at a range which is effective. Do not switch to other drug until given at required effective dosage and for required period of time.

Nice to know that you are maintained well with 1 mg Risperidone. Pacitane is necessary, only if you have shaking of fingers, stiffness of body and too much saliva in mouth. Otherwise it is not necessary for the treatment of schizophrenia.

I don't know for what diagnosis, you are taking these tablets, at what dose and for how long. However if you are going to drink alcohol to reduce your anxiety, please take acamprosate also. It reduces the craving for alcohol!

The most effective solution for dealing with anxiety for me personally was waking up early. I am not a morning person but once I tried this, I was surprised how good this made me feel. It helped me find peace and calm myself down. Having so much time in my hand I could do small things that made me happy and I felt a sense of accomplishment just by waking up early. exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week.
Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours
eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism.
