Hi .. There are many homeopathy medicines which give great relief in balanitis / balanoposthitis / infected head of penis. However, the correct choice and the resulting relief is a matter of experience and right judgment on the part of the doctor. The treatment is decided after thorough case taking of the patient...
you can consult me by clicking on consult option for homoepathic treatment without side effects.

I would strongly advice you to see a Gynaecologist first rather than self medicating as heavy bleeding at your age needs to be investigated if it is a recurrent problem.

Eat small but frequent meals.
Avoid long gaps in between meals.
Avoid junk as far as possible.
Exercise at least 4 times a week.
Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer.
All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is.
So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day.
3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. 4. If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch....more

Hello Lybrate user, by reshaping im guessing you are asking about veneers and laminates. The laminates or veneers are usually placed in upper teeth from right canine to the left one, that means 6 units of veneers. Each veneer will cost you around 4 to 6k. There is no disadvantage as such but for few days you will have a liitle sensitivity which will subside by applying some sensitive tooth paste.
