Dear lybrate-user
Lower back pain is because of so many reasons Starting from simple postural problem to compression at nerve roots In your case, yes it could be due to disc prolapse But Every case needs a detailed understanding through sets of questions and evaluation through specific tests like X-rays, MRIs and others
However rest/ hot fomentation and few days of muscle relaxants usually works well The good news is - its always treatable if timely addressed Good luck.

Any sort of Weight Loss pill should be your last resort to lose weight. Generally all such pills have side effects mainly since they are forcing your body to lose fats quickly which is against your body equilibrium. It is always recommended to manage your weight goals with healthy eating habits. I also very well understand that Pizzas n pastas are integral part of our lifestyle; yet all my clients still lose weight eating all of these.
