You have conceived once and you have hypothyroidism. The cause of pregnancy loss may be due to thyroid ststus. You can do all other investigations including semen analysis, ser. Estrogen,progesteron, ser. Prolactin.laparohysteroscopy is not compulsory. Instead you can get a simple test, hydrotubation.i am a laparoscopic surgeon and you should not be scared about laparoscopy. My father aged 89 years is showing symptoms of dementia in Parkinson's. He was diagnosed BPH 3 years ago. He is hard of hearing also, can hear from right ear only. Recently got treatment for a pressure bed sore on foot which got infected. He was given anti biotic injections and orally also, was in hospital for 12 days. Hospital discharged him saying his vitals are fine and his brain as such is also not seems shrinked much so no need to go for MRI OR SCAN. They started arip tablet to stop the progression of dementia, no other medications advised.
