Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given. You have mentioned since when you have been having diabetes and what are the medications being taken (without giving dosage details of oral drugs). But there is no information on glucose levels & hba1c%, so it is difficult to comment whether you should take any additional (even if it is ayurvedic drug). Secondly if your glucose levels are well controlled then I don't see any reason for addition. Thanks.

You should have exclusive breast feed baby for atleast 6 months. But if you have started top feeding before 6 month child developed nipple confusion and prefer effortless top feed over breastfeeding and avoid breast feeding leads to milk suppression and beginning of menstrual cycle.
Contact a Pediatrician he will help you.

Actually shampoo are not helpful for checking hair loss. They are meant only for cleaning the scalp and hairs. However strong chemical harms the scalp. Ambla, retha and shikakai is good since they are herbal and ambla nourishes the hair. Take homeopathic cri-regan drop, 20 drops in half cup of water three times daily.

Dear,
shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. Instead concentrate on food, if all other factors are fine. -protein rich diet, dry fruits-almonds, dates.
