Your glucose levels mentioned are showing good control. Even HbA1c% is also very good. Please continue the same treatment and lifestyle. As regards BP which is quite low, so you may stop the drug Losartan50 mg for a few days. Keep monitoring the BP regularly. Only when it goes above normal then you may consider taking the medication. Looking at your details it appears your diabetes is in check. Slight high fasting is no problem. Nowadays hba1c level is looked at as guideline to assess control. You need not change anything. If pp levels go up can add voglibose 0.3 mg three times with each meal. Otherwise you are doing well. While playing if you feel levels are low always carry candy or gluco tabs.

Excess of caffeine, in coffee or otherwise is harmful and you control intake of such items to control your bp.
