As of today Urine sugars have less predictive value for blood sugar.

Secondly as you are taking Remo, which increases the excretion of glusose in urine, that has caused this.

You should do blood sugar testing or HbA1c to know the control.

Hello, thanks for the query.
From the details given you are on tablet glycomet trio 2 and tablet remogliflozin 100 mg. Post dinner glucose goes up 190 - 200 mg is fine. That can be effectively controlled by reducing the intake of carbohydrates like chapati or rice and other crbs in the diet. There is no reason to add any further drugs. Invariably we tend to eat more than what we need. So slight reduction in carbs, substituted by green leafy vegetables and items like curds or fruits will help...more
