From the details given you are on tablet glycomet trio 2 and tablet remogliflozin 100 mg. Post dinner glucose goes up 190 - 200 mg is fine. That can be effectively controlled by reducing the intake of carbohydrates like chapati or rice and other crbs in the diet. There is no reason to add any further drugs.
