Your BP is high and so also the cholesterol. Hope you are on proper medication. You need to follow up properly. If required you may go for further tests like stress test. Other tests like angiography or digital angiography. It's imperative that you have adapt a very healthy life style. Include yoga in daily life.

Avoid protein diets,bad habits , fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg.,
take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed.

1) For cholesterol lowering you just need Tonact TG, which will be guided by your lipid profile test, so please get that done and consult. 2) There is no need for ecosprin if it is only given for prevention it is not required, but if it is being given because you had either a stent or bypass or heart attack in past then it should be continued.

Few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout’s can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water and recheck your lipid profile after three months and follow up with reports.

- Your total cholesterol is high should be ideally below 200 mg% & Hdl has to be raised above 40 mg%
- follow some dietary precautions:
-avoid fried, processed & junk foods,also foods containing saturated & trans fats, have more of fibre containing foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones, legumes, sprouts, peas and carrots
- have low fat milk & milk products, healthy fats as in fish, olive, canola & sunflower oil for cooking, avoca...more
