These medicines are prescribed for different ailments like for diabetes-xilia M2,ppg met,janumet.For high cholesterol atorsave.For high BP tazloc ct.
If you can control your cholesterol by avoiding saturated fats,red meat,transfats and by doing regular exercise the atorsave may be stopped.
Sugar meficines can be reduced if you stick to strict diabetic diet,exercise regularly and maintain ideal bodyweight.
For Bp there is only one medicine.

The medications used to treat diabetes and neuropathy, (which you are taking) are quite safe. These need to be taken for a very long time like 25 to 30 plus years by most patients who are treatment. There hardly any reports of side effects or problems being created in kidney or other vital organs. In fact if diabetes or high blood glucose is not well controlled that can cause severe kidney damage not the drugs. Thanks.
