Hello lybrate-user It is very good that you are aware of the side effects and have asked this question.
I need to know more details in the history and see your face before advising the correct thing.
You may start a private consult for that.
Meanwhile avoid using hydroquinone till you consult a dermatologist.
Take care :)

Homemade sugar scrubs can be of great help in reducing large pores as they exfoliate the skin and remove excess oil and impurities. Mix two tablespoons of sugar, one tablespoon of olive oil and a few drops of lemon juice. Gently rub it on your skin for 20 to 30 seconds, and then wash it off with cool water.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
You have T2 DM, (not T1). It is good to know that HbA1c% has come down to 6.9, that shows good control. You have to continue the same treatment and lifestyle.
As regards TSH level if it has not come down, then there is a need for increasing the dosage of Levothyroxine from 25 mcg to 50 mcg per day. Then check TSH after 6 weeks to see what is the impact. TSH should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L, at which all the symptoms of hypothyroidism will be in check....more
