Scan means what? Whether this is an mri scan or ct scan. I feel it would be mri scan only. See, tb gold interferon is a sensitive test but not 100% specific. It means that in few healthy patients this test may be positive. So don't worry. It does not need any treatment if your mri scan doesnot show tb.
