After chemical pregnancy this is my first period, period started on july 12 but for two days these is light bleeding, and the next 3 days bleeding is heavy. Am also taking l methyl folate, methylcobalamin and pyridoxal 5 phosphate capsule each day from one month am using this. Is heavy bleeding common, or do I need any other medications or is there any side effect of using the above capsule. Is this condition dangerous. Please tell me.

Dear sir after that pain I have consulted doctor urologist and surgeon and I have done scrotum scanning abdomen and pelvis scanning and then ct scan with contrast but in that there is no any such changes and reports are normal after that one doctor is telling that you have hernia and again I have consulted other doctor and has told me you don't have any hernia you take doxofylline for 20 days it will be ok I have used for 20 days then also my pain was not reduced again I have consulted one more urologist and they have prescribed pregabalin and methylcobalamin for 20 days after taking that 20 days then also it has not been reduced and again I have consulted doctor and he has given amoxicillin with clavulanic acid thrice in a day and pregabalin and methylcobalamin morning and evening and diclofenac with serratiopeptidase I am taking this medication from past 3 days when have taken diclofenac and serratiopeptidase the pain is ok after that again the train is coming I don't know what have to do now and kindly prescribe some good medication in ayurvedic.

I took microcytic hypochromic anaemia treatment for 2 months (hb was 7.8) and got sudden acne flare up all over my face and neck and also gained 6 kg weight. I read that that taking vitamin b12 increases the amount of that vitamin on facial skin. This, in turn, causes a certain facial bacteria (propionibacterium acnes) to produce more of something called piriformis, which results in inflammation. And this could lead to acne. Before treatment my vitamin b12 levels were 362 pg/ml (211-911), folate was 9.20, ferritin - 56, plasma glucose random - hexokinase 106 and I was given 1500 mg methylcobalamin, folic acid 5 mg, ferrous sulphate 200 mg bd, ascorbic acid 500 mg bd for 2 months everyday. My lymphocytes are 51. It has been 10 days after stopping this medication but still new pus filled acne is coming everyday. Could it be because of methylcobalamin or high lymphocytes? Should I get porphyrins tests done? What to do for acne caused due to vitamin b12?

very less possibility of porphyrins.. treatment depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Suffering from ed since a month. Very rare erections. Last week I had erections. Was able to have sex. But now it went into same abnormality. My tsh is 5.86, testosterone is 308, lh- 1.56, fsh- 1.91, serum prolactin- 7.53. I have been advised nano leo- once daily, cialis 10 mg weekly thrice. Additionally for anxiety I take etitop- 0.5 mg before sleep, other medications include akubon plus which also contains methylcobalamin- 1,500 mcg. Very worried about ed. Spine stenosis under physiotherapy and rest since 3 weeks.
