Pl do not ruin your menstrual cycle by indiscriminate use of hormonal medicine. Go for artav shuddhi which means regulating the m.c. By use of herbs. Three to four months are generally required for such treatment. Pl consult.

I hope you consulted a gynecologist. If not pl consult. Tranexa mf can be taken for heavy bleeding. But gynase tab should only be taken in consultation with gynec as it is a harmonal tab. If your gynec has prescribed then both can be taken together.
