Primolut n is not meant for regulating menses at all in pcod. PCOD is polycystic ovarian disease which cause increase testosterone levels in women with androgenic features and multiple small cysts in ovaries. you need to find out the cause of irregular periods. Treatment will be according to cause. You need to do tsh, cbc n blood sugar random at some lab.
If it’s normal then go for ultrasound of abdomen consult online with details.
