YOu have to avoid fgs forming and spicy foods and take timely meals and avoid alcohol and smoking . Do mild exercises and belly exercises. If needed you can add Reglan and Omez tablets

You have gastric dyspepsia and indigestion and need antacids and metoclopramide tablet along with omeprazole capsule.
