Dear, all computer professionals need a 5 min break for every half hour to prevent dryness / you may wash your face frequently / cold water fermentation / will help / if symptoms are not relieved add refresh tears eye drops hourly? frequency according to comfort levels.

It is very important to use artificial tears, otherwise there are high chances of exposure keratopathy and may even lose eye.
Use refresh tears 2hrly and refresh liquigel 3 times a day and once at night.
Use tape to close the eye, while sleeping. Consult ophthalmologist to look for amount of exposure while closing eye if cornea is exposed greater than 1/3 rd, you will have to undergo temporary tarsoraphy (closure of eyelids) to save the eye.

Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.
