It is simple case of dryness which is common these days due to smartphone, computer & watching TV for long time without break & due to lots of pollution every where, you can use lubricating eye drops 4-5 times a day (Refresh liquigel), you will certainly get relief, if not then you can consult ophthmologist after a week

First get your refraction done if there is retractive error use proper power glass even if there is no power ,you can use zero power antiglare glass along with some good lubricating eye drops 4-5 times a day (Refresh liquigel) because it dueto dryness known as computer vision syndrome in medical terminology,

Red eyes could be because of many reasons but commonly it is due to allergy or infection. You need to visit eye specialist to differentiate between the two as the treatment is different. Also get your eyes checked for any glass power.
